I have been forgetting to update this thing. So much for resolutions for this year. I made this dish a while ago. Bell peppers and sausage make a great combo.

Ingredients
- 1 package of mild Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup frozen peppers and onions
- ~1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Directions
- Place sausage in a large pan with the olive oil.
- Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Defrost the frozen peppers and onions in the microwave according to the microwave instructions.
- Add the peppers and onions to the pan along with , Italian seasoning, salt pepper, and chicken broth.
- Cook until sausage is no longer pink the middle.
- Cut sausages into small medallion slices.
- Add cornstarch to the pan and let the sauce thicken.
