Super Garlicky Hummus
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 15.5 oz can of chick peas/garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water
- optional: sliced pimentos and capers as garnish
- Measure out all ingredients and place in food processor.
- Process until desired smoothness is achieved. Add more water if the hummus looks dry.
- Serve with pita bread or as a sandwich spread.
